Welcome <@1424705359045722182>! I'm the Exoliner Support assistant. I'll try to help you with your issue. If I can't resolve it, I'll bring in a staff member. Please provide any additional details about your issue.
yo if i wanna upgrade to premium
Hey! I'd be happy to help you upgrade to Premium. First, let me check your current rank:
Your Discord isn't linked to an Exoliner account yet — I need to link it so I can check your current rank and help with the upgrade.
Link your Discord to Exoliner
Your Discord needs to be linked to check your current rank and plan options. **Before clicking**: log into your Exoliner account at https://exoliner.wtf in the same browser. The link button only works when you have an active Exoliner session — that's how we know which account to attach your Discord to.
Click the **Link Account** button below. Make sure you're logged into https://exoliner.wtf in the same browser first, then click the button and authorize. Once linked, I can help you with the upgrade!

is it cheaper for me
Once your Discord is linked, I can check your current plan and give you pricing info. But here's the quick breakdown: **PREMIUM is $40** (one-time, no recurring fees). If you're currently on **STANDARD ($10)**, you'd pay **$40 total for Premium** — it's a separate purchase, not an add-on. Link your account and I can tell you exactly what you'd get for the upgrade!
i lose old discord account how do i relink
If you lost access to your old Discord account, you'll need to link with your **new Discord account** instead. Here's what to do: 1. Make sure you're logged into https://exoliner.wtf 2. Click the **Link Account** button (from my earlier message above) 3. Authorize your **new Discord account** This will link your new Discord to your Exoliner account. Your old Discord link will be replaced automatically — no need to unlink it first. Go ahead and click the button when you're ready!

Your session expired. Just log back into https://exoliner.wtf, then click the **Link Account** button again. That should fix it.

its saying same thing
The button might be cached. Try this: 1. **Log out** of https://exoliner.wtf completely 2. **Clear your browser cache/cookies** (or open an incognito/private window) 3. **Log back in** to https://exoliner.wtf 4. Click the **Link Account** button again If it still doesn't work after that, let me know and I'll escalate this to staff — they can help troubleshoot the token issue.

{"success":false,"message":"Your JWT token is expired or invalid."}
That's a persistent JWT token error. This is beyond what I can fix on my end — let me escalate this to staff so they can investigate and get you sorted.
I've escalated this to our support team. <@&1480228341876523108>
