Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the limits on how you may use exoliner.net and anything on it. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it is a breach of those Terms and may be unlawful.

2. Do not use the data against people

The records include personal data about real people. You must not use the Site or that data to:

• contact, message, harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk anyone named in it;
• dox a person, or publish or compile their personal information to expose or pressure them;
• impersonate anyone, or create accounts or messages that pretend to be them;
• commit fraud, identity theft, extortion, phishing, or credential stuffing;
• take any action against a person that the law would treat as harassment or a threat.

Publishing proof of a breach is not an invitation to go after the people in it. Do not.

3. Do not abuse the Site

• Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically harvest the Site or its data.
• Do not defeat, evade, or automate past the rate limits or the human/browser check.
• Do not scan, probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, or use the Site to distribute unlawful content.
• Do not misrepresent the Site, strip its context, or present allegations as proven facts.

4. Security research

If you find a security problem with the Site, tell us at legal@exoliner.net and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it. Do not access data that is not yours, degrade the service, or go further than needed to demonstrate the issue. Good-faith, responsible research reported this way is welcome.

5. Consequences

We may block access for anyone who breaches this policy, report serious abuse to the relevant platforms and authorities, and take legal action where warranted. Many of the acts above are also criminal offences on their own, regardless of this policy.

6. Reporting abuse

If you see the Site or its data being misused, or you are being targeted using it, email legal@exoliner.net with the details and we will act on it.
