Terms of Service

1. Who we are

exoliner.net (the "Site") is operated by serversiding.xyz ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a public-interest record about Exoliner. It documents allegations sourced to materials we hold, and it lets visitors search a copy of a data set that was obtained from that service. The Site is informational. It is not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the service it describes.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16, to use the Site. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use does not break any law that applies to you.

4. Using the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to view and search the Site for your own lawful, informational use. You may link to the Site and quote short, attributed excerpts.

You agree not to:

• use the Site or any data on it to harass, threaten, dox, extort, or harm any person;
• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically harvest the Site, or try to defeat its rate limits or its browser check;
• probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Site, its infrastructure, or its security;
• misrepresent the data, present allegations as proven facts, or imply the Site is operated by the service it describes;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. A breach of it is a breach of these Terms.

5. The data on the Site

The searchable records describe a data breach and may include personal data about third parties. We publish them as a matter of public interest and documentation, not to target anyone. You may not use the records to contact, pressure, impersonate, or harm any person named in them. If you are named in the data and want it reviewed or removed, see our Privacy Policy for how to ask.

6. No accounts or purchases

The Site needs no account and sells nothing. We never ask you for a password, a payment method, or financial or identity documents. If a page ever appears to, do not enter anything and tell us at legal@exoliner.net.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, original text, and code are ours or used with permission, and are protected by law. The underlying records are not ours and are presented for reference. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to outside pages and relies on third-party services (for example, our host and a bot-check provider). We do not control those and are not responsible for them. Your use of a linked service is governed by that service's own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. The Site publishes allegations, not proven facts. See our full Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use it (which is nothing) or US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses if they result from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, including any use of the data to harm another person.

12. Suspension

We may restrict or block access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, for anyone who breaches these Terms or whose use threatens the Site or other people. These Terms survive any such action where it makes sense for them to.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country gives you a different right.
